Your consultation can take place virtually or in person, depending on the requested service (e.g. color and loc consults better in person). Discussing your questions and concerns allows us to offer our best professional opinion about how to achieve realistic goals for your desired look by assessing your hair etc.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations as well as rescheduling must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Deposits/retainers are non-refundable and can only be used to reschedule once. Be sure to check all email folders for notification reminders.
